Tyler began with FBO Jets in 2014. After playing division 1 college tennis, Tyler accepted a job as a tennis professional at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne/Miami. While teaching there he met future business partner Gordon Gerstein and pleaded to become the companies first salesman. Since then he has grown FBO Jets into one of the largest charter brokerages in America. Over the last 10+ years, Tyler has guided the company from 3 employees, to 20+ and steadily grows every year. He has helped coordinate some of the most recognizable musical/film tours in the world during this time. Tyler is now the Co-Owner and President of FBO Jets.Apart from FBO Jets, Tyler lives in Atlantic Beach, FL now with his lovely wife Heather Stephens and their son Henry.

Tricia joined FBO Jets in January 2018 to continue growing the brokerage through her love of corporate aircraft and the client relationship. She has been fascinated with aviation since early childhood, and brings forth several years of expertise in on-fleet and brokered private charter, owner aircraft management, and fractional share programs. She is a multi-engine instrument rated commercial pilot, and is raising four sons in Orange County, California with her husband Brodie, also a pilot. She enjoys reading, cooking, beach days, and flying.

Kyle Parker

Kyle has been a valuable member of FBO Jets since July of 2018. Transitioning from a 7 year professional baseball career where he was drafted 26th overall in the first round of 2010 MLB draft. Since joining the team, he has been able to correlate skills such as work ethic and attention to detail to provide a quality service to clients. Prior to FBO Jets, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University where he was a two sport standout. He is currently the only NCAA athlete to throw 20 touchdown passes and hit 20 home runs in the same academic year. In his free time, Kyle enjoys fishing on his boat, golfing, or checking out local restaurants with his wife Kennedy.

From last-minute tour re-routes to multi-city itineraries under tight deadlines, he combines industry insight with a relentless commitment to service.

Brandon Kay

Brandon Kay is a Charter Sales Executive at FBO Jets, where he helps clients arrange seamless, reliable, and cost-effective private air travel. Before joining FBO Jets, Brandon worked in real estate development for one of the nation’s largest telecomm. REITs, where he negotiated complex agreements and built strong client relationships—skills that translate directly into delivering exceptional service in private aviation.
A graduate of the College of Charleston, Brandon lives in Austin, Texas with his wife. Growing up Brandon and his family were co-owners of Monumental Sports Group and their DC teams (the Wizards, Capitals, Mystics).

Thomas Grant

Thomas joined the FBO Jets team in early 2025 shortly after his election to city commission of Atlantic Beach, FL. His passion for aviation began at early age when his father flew seaplanes in and out of the bayous of south Louisiana to call on the in-shore oil platforms. Numerous family members have been in the aviation industry including his father-in-law who retired as chief pilot for Hugh Culverhouse, former owner of the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers. When not flying Mr. Culverhouse around the globe, his father-in-law chartered the G4 to musicians on tour, the last of those being the rock band KISS. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, he spent over 30 years in global transportation and logistics thus his transition to the aviation vertical was a natural progression of his career. He has been tasked to leverage his large network from industry and government to drive increased charter sales. As mentioned prior, he resides in Atlantic Beach, FL with his wife Tina, retired NCIS special agent. His daughter Mary is senior at LSU while his son Thomas recently joined the Marine Corp. In his free time he enjoys golf, travel, and following LSU sports teams.  

Gordon Gerstein

Gordon Gerstein is the Co-President and Founder of FBO Jets. With nearly three decades of experience in private aviation, Gordon previously built and successfully sold Prudential Aviation before establishing FBO Jets.
Based between Miami, FL and San Juan, PR Gordon enjoys playing tennis and traveling internationally with his family. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Nicholas joined FBO Jets in 2024, bringing a diverse background in politics, real estate, and client service. A graduate of the University of Alabama, he began his career in Washington, D.C., where he spent five years working in the United States Senate. After returning home, Nicholas transitioned into commercial real estate before entering the private aviation industry. He and his wife, Sianna, live in Jacksonville with their two children and two dogs.
